“Photography is not just about capturing the moment or it tells a story. Its a personal connection between you and I”

Nancy Woo ( aka Nazai) is a fashion portrait photographer, originally from the border line of Mexico. Growing up, Nancy was raised in a strictly Chinese household. She spent part of my youth living in border towns.; one in Mexico (Mexicali, B.C.) and the other just across the fence in the United States (Calexico, CA). Her parents were very strict and believed she should focus her studies on subjects that cater towards medicine, law, or engineering. Arts or music classes were a luxury that she could not afford. Throughout time, Nancy has discovered her creative outlet in photography, as she started off as a wedding photographer who specialized in fashion and commercial. With her uniqueness style, professionalism, creative eye and personality has been one of her top features of her work.

Photography has taught and is continuing to teach Nancy about love and how it is timeless and different for each person. Nancy believes that photography is not just about capturing the moment or it tells a story. Its a personal connection between you and the photographer. Her passion for photography will always be filled with creativity as it is a art of life. She wishes for her work to reflect her love, passion, and vision she has in order to create something wonderful, memorable and magical.

Nancy’s work has escalated from taking breathtaking wedding photography, to high end fashion to taking photos for celebrities such as Frankie J, Chiquis Rivera, Victoria la Mala, Miriah Baby, Scott Storch and many more.
